White Sands Residence
A 2,700 square foot new residence located on a beach front parcel. This project features a soaring living room with a 30 foot wide sliding door that opens to the beach. Interior walls are finished with 3” thick rammed earth pre-cast panels supported by tube steel columns, and all roof edges are built with an integrated gutter system that disappears within the wood-framed roof overhangs.
